Who, or what is RLO Training?
RLO Training is well-known throughout North America in the automotive service industry for cutting-edge, industry-specific training and products.
We constantly review and update our workshops and courses to ensure everything is highly relevant and reflect current industry trends and marketplace. RLO Training is continuously researching and developing new ideas, products, and services, testing them, vetting them and we know what works.
Though much of what we train can apply to almost any business, our specialty is catering to the automotive repair industry. So unless you're familiar with HPRO, OEM part matrixes, car counts, "labor inventories' and all that jive, we can;t help you. The history of RLO Training.
Established in 1985 by Robert "Bob" O’Connor and recognizing a real need for highly-effective and industry-specific quality training for automotive service professionals, the company began offering workshops in 1988. In 1991, the Bottom-Line Impact Groups was created, providing shop owners with a long-term, continuous improvement process and support network which allows enjoyment of more success and higher profits.
In 2004, well ahead of our competition, we began instructor-led, live training through the Internet. Not some video recording, but a live instructor with simultaneous participation of several attendees. Hence, by now, our experience in this field of delivery allows us to present the same high-quality, in-depth training we provide face-to-face with equal results.
